3. Custom Uniforms

  • All custom uniform orders are final. Once the order is approved and printed, no changes or cancellations can be made.
  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom uniforms due to their personalized nature.

4. Branded Hats

  • Branded hats may be returned unused within 7 days of receiving your order. Hats must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

5. Shipping

  • We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, shipping times may vary based on product availability and your location.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Cat Burglar Imaging is not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
